A Fascinating Story About Life With Anxiety

This is the story of a popular blogger called Scarlet Saint who is currently living in London and in a happy relationship. Before that her life was pretty tough. From a young age she struggled with anxiety. She felt uncomfortable as a child blending in with other children in her peer group.

Once of the comments left on her Youtube page really took my interest too. “Believe it or not, but if you decrease your intake of meat, egg and dairy products, and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables, you will cleanse your body and mind a lot. Anxiety is not a natural state of mind, and it is caused, such as any other illness, by toxins (meat, egg, dairy products, processed foods..). Try it for a couple of months and see how you feel. Listen to your body. You WILL feel so much better and you will want to continue and maybe eventually eliminate all meat, egg and dairy products and eat cleaner. Good luck!”
